1. Infrastructure providers

TajirPro may use hosting, database, storage, networking, security and monitoring providers to operate the service.

2. Communications

Email, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication delivery may depend on third-party networks and provider policies. Delivery is not guaranteed.

3. Payments

Banks, wallets and payment processors independently handle payment information and transaction availability. TajirPro normally records references and proof required for subscription review.

4. Analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and advertising measurement technologies are enabled according to published notices and consent settings where applicable.

5. Provider responsibility

Third-party services operate under their own terms, availability, security, retention and privacy practices. TajirPro takes reasonable steps in provider selection and data minimisation but cannot control events outside its systems.

6. AI provider

When TajirPro AI is enabled, the configured external AI provider processes user messages for moderation and response generation. The provider operates under its own availability, security, privacy and legal obligations. TajirPro requests no provider-side response storage where supported, but users should assume the message leaves TajirPro infrastructure for processing and must not include secrets or confidential business records.

This policy forms part of the TajirPro customer agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply even where a clause states “to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
