1. Lawful use only
The service may only be used for lawful business activity. Users must comply with applicable tax, consumer, employment, privacy, intellectual property, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, trade, and sector-specific obligations.
2. Prohibited content and transactions
Users must not facilitate fraud, false or deceptive invoices, stolen goods, unlawful weapons, exploitation, illegal drugs, terrorist financing, money laundering, sanctions evasion, pirated material, or other prohibited activity.
3. Technical abuse
Users must not probe or attack systems without written permission, distribute malware, overload infrastructure, bypass limits, scrape protected data, automate abusive requests, interfere with other accounts, or attempt unauthorised access.
4. Communications abuse
Spam, phishing, harassment, impersonation, misleading marketing, and messaging without a lawful basis or required consent are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate, preserve evidence, limit features, block traffic, suspend accounts, remove unlawful content, notify affected parties, cooperate with providers or authorities where legally required, and terminate repeated or serious violations.
