TajirPro stores business information needed to run the system, including company profile, users, products, sales, purchases, Tajir ledgers, cash book entries and settings.
We may store names, emails, phone numbers, business details, invoices, stock movements, payments and system activity logs.
Data is used to show dashboards, reports, ledgers, stock history, subscription status and user access controls.
Passwords are hashed. Owners should use strong passwords, limit staff access and keep hosting/SSL/backups properly configured.
Business data should not be shared with third parties unless needed for hosting, support, legal compliance or requested by the account owner.
Regular database and file backups are recommended before updates, migrations or major data changes.
