Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy

How trials, payments, renewals, grace periods, cancellation and refunds are handled.

1. Trials

The trial duration and limits come from the selected package and the subscription record created for the company. The exact start event for the standard web and API flows is stated in the current operational disclosure below. One trial may be limited per person, business, mobile number, email, device, payment identity, or related account.

2. Billing periods

Packages may be offered monthly or for longer prepaid periods. The payable price, package limits, duration and any discount are shown before payment submission. Unless an approved automatic payment method is introduced, renewal requires a new verified payment.

3. Payment review

Where manual JazzCash proof is active, the customer must transfer the exact displayed amount, submit a unique transaction reference, and upload clear proof for Super Admin review. A screenshot alone does not guarantee approval. Where a certified automatic gateway is enabled, activation requires a verified callback and duplicate activation protection. TajirPro may reject duplicate, reversed, disputed, altered, unclear, mismatched or unverified payments.

4. Expiry and grace

After the paid period ends, a package may enter a limited grace period. Access can become read-only, restricted, expired or suspended after grace. Data is not automatically deleted solely because a subscription expires.

5. Cancellation

The account owner may request cancellation at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not erase business data. The current paid period normally remains available unless access must be restricted for security, abuse, chargeback or law.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy. Fees for an activated period are generally non-refundable except where required by law, duplicated in error, or approved after investigation.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades may take effect after payment approval. Downgrades can be blocked where current users, products, Tajirs, invoices or storage exceed the target package limits.

8. When the trial starts

For the standard web signup flow, email verification creates the owner account without starting the trial. The trial begins when the owner creates the company during business setup. API-created companies begin their trial when company creation succeeds. The actual duration and limits come from the selected package and the created subscription record.

9. Current payment operation

The current launch method is manual JazzCash proof review. A paid period begins only after Super Admin verifies and approves the submitted payment.

This policy forms part of the TajirPro customer agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply even where a clause states “to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
