Disaster Recovery Policy

Our approach to severe outages, cyber incidents, infrastructure loss, and service restoration.

1. Covered events

Disaster recovery may be invoked for major server or storage failure, database corruption, data-centre outage, destructive cyberattack, ransomware, widespread provider failure, natural disaster, fire, flood, prolonged power or network loss, or another event causing material service unavailability.

2. Response priorities

Priorities are life and legal safety, containment, preservation of evidence, protection of credentials and data, assessment of integrity, restoration of critical infrastructure, validation of financial records, and phased return of customer access.

3. Recovery objectives

Recovery time and recovery point objectives are operational targets rather than guarantees unless a separate signed enterprise agreement expressly states otherwise. Actual recovery depends on incident scope, provider availability, backup integrity, specialist access, and required investigation.

4. Communication

For material incidents, updates may be provided through the application, status page, email, support channels, or another practical method. Early information may be incomplete and will be corrected as investigation progresses.

5. Degraded operation

During recovery, some functions may remain disabled or read-only, including payments, imports, exports, notifications, integrations, or financial writes, until consistency and security checks are complete.

6. Post-incident review

Significant incidents may be followed by root-cause analysis, remediation, monitoring changes, recovery testing, and customer or regulator notifications where appropriate and legally required.

This policy forms part of the TajirPro customer agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply even where a clause states “to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
