Your business records remain yours; TajirPro receives only the rights needed to operate the service.

1. Customer ownership
Customers retain ownership of business records, invoices, Tajirs, products, stock entries, purchases, sales, returns, expenses, accounts, payments, quotations, leads, reports, notes, and uploaded documents they submit to TajirPro.
2. Operational licence
The customer grants TajirPro a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, process, transmit, secure, back up, and display customer data solely to provide and support the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, and protect legal rights.
3. Responsibility for submitted data
Customers are responsible for accuracy, legality, permissions, notices, consent, and retention requirements relating to data they submit, including personal information about staff, customers, suppliers, and contacts.
4. Aggregated information
We may use genuinely aggregated or de-identified operational information to understand reliability, capacity, feature usage, and security trends, provided it does not reasonably identify a customer or individual.
5. Access and export
Authorised users may access and export available data while the account is active and permitted. Export formats and scope depend on the product version. Customers should complete needed exports before subscription expiry or closure.
6. Account closure
On closure, live data may be deleted or anonymised after applicable retention, legal, fraud prevention, dispute, and backup periods. Once deletion is completed and backups expire, recovery may be impossible.
