1. General rule
Subscription fees pay for access to digital software and infrastructure. Except where required by law or expressly stated below, payments are non-refundable once access, a renewal, additional limits, or a paid feature has been activated.
2. Eligible refund requests
A refund may be considered for a verified duplicate payment, an amount charged in error, a payment approved for a package that was never activated, or a prolonged service failure directly caused by TajirPro that prevented material use and was not reasonably remedied.
3. Cooling-off requests
Where we voluntarily offer a cooling-off period, a monthly plan may be reviewed within 24 hours, a six-month plan within 3 calendar days, and an annual plan within 7 calendar days of first activation, provided material use, data import, bulk export, staff creation, or significant transaction entry has not occurred. Renewal payments are ordinarily non-refundable.
4. Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are not available for change of mind after material use, failure to cancel before renewal, unused time, partial months, dissatisfaction with an announced feature limitation, third-party outage, user internet or device problem, account suspension for breach, fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, or loss caused by incorrect data entered by a user.
5. Request procedure
The verified account owner must contact support from the registered email or provide equivalent verification, identify the payment reference, explain the reason, and provide evidence where relevant. For manual JazzCash payments, the original transaction reference and proof submitted for approval should be included. Requests should be submitted promptly and no later than 7 calendar days after the disputed payment unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Review and decision
We may review account activation, usage logs, payment status, support history, and fraud indicators. Approval is not automatic. A fair decision will be communicated after available evidence is reviewed.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 to 10 business days. The receiving bank, wallet, or payment provider may take additional time. Refunds are normally returned through the original payment route where technically and legally possible.
8. Partial credits and service extensions
Where more appropriate than a cash refund, we may offer a prorated credit, replacement subscription period, or service extension. Acceptance of an agreed credit resolves the related refund request unless mandatory law says otherwise.
9. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback, customers should contact support so the issue can be investigated. A dishonest or abusive chargeback may result in account restriction, recovery of costs, cancellation of benefits, and preservation of relevant logs for the payment provider or authorities.
