Terms of Service

The commercial terms governing access to and use of TajirPro.

Effective: 05 August 2026 Last updated: 06 August 2026 Version: 2.2 Operator: TajirPro Jurisdiction: Pakistan

Legal contact: support@tajirpro.net

1. Acceptance and authority
By creating an account, accessing TajirPro, or using any feature, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement and, where you act for a business, that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Account security
You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping credentials and OTPs confidential, controlling staff access, and promptly reporting suspected compromise. TajirPro may require identity, ownership, payment, or business verification and may temporarily restrict an account while a security concern is investigated.

3. Permitted business use
TajirPro is provided for lawful business administration, accounting support, inventory, sales, purchases, CRM, reporting, and related operations. You remain responsible for your invoices, entries, tax treatment, legal registrations, licences, filings, and business decisions. TajirPro is not a bank, auditor, tax adviser, lawyer, or government authority.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Paid access is subject to the package, duration, limits, taxes, payment method, and renewal terms displayed at purchase. During the manual-payment launch, payment proof and a unique transaction reference must be submitted for review; access begins only after approval. Access may be limited, downgraded, suspended, or made read-only after expiry, non-payment, reversed payment, suspected fraud, or chargeback. Package features and limits may change prospectively with reasonable notice where practical.

5. Service availability and maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, updates, capacity controls, security work, internet failure, hosting failure, data-centre failure, power loss, telecommunications interruption, government restriction, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

6. Cybersecurity incidents
Security controls reduce risk but no internet service is immune from attack. In the event of suspected hacking, credential abuse, malware, ransomware, denial-of-service activity, data corruption, or a newly discovered vulnerability, we may block traffic, disable features, reset sessions, require password changes, isolate systems, delay access, or take the service offline while investigation and recovery take place.

7. Backups and customer responsibility
Operational backups may be maintained according to the published Backup & Restore Policy. Backups are a recovery aid, not an absolute guarantee against every form of loss. You must keep independent copies of records that are critical to your business, tax, regulatory, contractual, or legal obligations and should regularly export and verify important reports.

8. Third-party services
TajirPro may depend on hosting providers, internet networks, email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateways, banks, JazzCash, browser vendors, device platforms, analytics, storage, and other third parties. We are not responsible for an outage, delay, rejection, policy change, account restriction, security event, or data handling failure caused by a third party outside our reasonable control.

9. Data ownership and licence
As between you and TajirPro, you retain ownership of business records and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and comply with law in relation to the service.

10. Prohibited conduct
You must not use TajirPro for fraud, false invoicing, money laundering, illegal goods or services, sanctions evasion, harassment, spam, malware, unauthorised surveillance, credential theft, attacks, reverse engineering, circumvention of limits, resale without permission, or activity that violates law or the rights of others.

11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, preserve, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment, material breach, risk to other customers, or protection of the platform. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.

12. Intellectual property
TajirPro, its software, interface, documentation, branding, design, databases, and non-customer content are protected intellectual property. No ownership is transferred to you. You may not copy, decompile, scrape, publish, sublicense, or create a competing derivative service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

13. No professional or financial guarantee
Reports and calculations depend on the data, settings, timing, and classifications entered by users. You must review outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee profit, tax acceptance, statutory compliance, recovery of receivables, stock accuracy, or suitability for a particular business purpose.

14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TajirPro and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, anticipated savings, or data. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees actually paid by the affected customer for the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will protect and reimburse TajirPro and its operator against third-party claims, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful content, misuse of the service, breach of these terms, infringement of rights, or violation of tax, consumer, employment, accounting, or other obligations.

16. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil disorder, labour disruption, utility failure, internet or telecommunications failure, cyberattack, government action, embargo, or failure of a critical supplier, provided reasonable efforts are made to reduce the impact.

17. Changes and notices
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. The effective date will be updated and material changes may be communicated through the application, email, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written support communication. Subject to mandatory law, courts with competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will have jurisdiction.

1. Current operational terms

The package, price, duration, limits and discounts shown on the current pricing or subscription screen govern the selected purchase. For the standard web flow, the free trial starts when the verified owner creates the company during business setup. The current launch payment method is manual JazzCash proof review unless a merchant gateway has been explicitly certified and enabled. Privacy, Cookie, Billing, Retention and Third-Party Services policies provide the current operational disclosures and form part of these Terms.

This policy forms part of the TajirPro customer agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply even where a clause states “to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
